15-day return window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unlit, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help make it right.

Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, burned, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging. Custom or personalized items, if offered, are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, scent preference, or other personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For approved returns caused by damage, defects, or incorrect items, we will provide a suitable solution after review.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, contact us within 15 days after delivery. Exchanges depend on product availability.
