Thank you for shopping with Pawtato Studio. We ship our pet lifestyle products and gifts to supported international destinations, including custom pet phone charms, custom pet seat belt shoulder pads, handmade cat candles, and pet memorial products.

Order processing

Most ready-to-ship items are prepared within 2-7 business days. Personalized and made-to-order pet products require your customization details, including pet photos and name where requested. Production begins after we receive and confirm the required information. If an order requires additional preparation time, we will contact you using the email provided with your order.

Estimated shipping time

After processing, international delivery is usually estimated at 9-32 business days, depending on destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs, weather, holidays, or other conditions outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. The final shipping cost is shown before payment. Eligible orders containing two or more items receive free shipping automatically when the store's free-shipping offer is shown at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local handling fees. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
